Gelato uses less cream and more milk than ice cream, the proportions differ to give a denser, smoother and richer texture as a result Gelato flavours are more intense than ice cream.
Gelato comes in two types - milk based and fruit based (or sorbetto).

I am continuously trying different flavours, and like a challenge, customers have requested Champagne Sorbetto and Lemon Balm Gelato to mention just two bespoke orders I have recently made.
All of our gelato flavours are milk-based and contain fresh Guernsey milk and a UHT pasteurised cream. Sorbetto flavours are water based.
Yes, currently those flavours we sell are identified with a (VEGAN) within the catalogue, these include Chocolate Madagascar, Lemon, Strawberry, MadaJaffa, Mango, Passion Fruit.
All of the pure fruit flavoured sorbetti are created using Italian fruit pulp, sugar and water and do not contain any dairy products as a result our Sorbetto range is Dairy Free.
