Gelato flavors are more intense than ice cream. Gelato comes in two types - milk based and fruit based (or sorbetto).

I am continuously trying different flavours, and like a challenge, customers have requested Aperol Spritz sorbetto and Champagne sorbetto to mention just two bespoke orders I have recently made.
All of our gelato flavours are milk-based and contain fresh Guernsey milk and a UHT pasteurised cream. Sorbetto flavours are water based.
Yes, currently those flavours we sell are listed under the Vegan and Sugar Free section. Flavours include Black cherry, hazelnut, coffee, pistachio, stracciatella and simple milk. Please ask for further information.
All of the pure fruit flavoured sorbetti are created using Italian fruit pulp, sugar and water and do not contain any dairy products as a result our Sorbetto range is Dairy Free.
