Is there a difference between Gelato and ice cream

Gelato v Ice Cream

- Air content Gelato < 30% and Ice Cream 70-100%
- Fat percentage Gelato 4-8% and Ice Cream 10-18%
- Serving Temperature Gelato -12C/10F and Ice Cream -18C/12F
- Preparation - Gelato made to order and Ice Cream prepared well in advance

Gelato flavors are more intense than ice cream. Gelato comes in two types - milk based and fruit based (or sorbetto).

How can I order Gelato

As I currently do not have a factory shop for you to visit. Orders should be placed through my WhatsApp 07781 123765. You can view and order from my catalogue by clicking on the top right shopping icon on the WhatsApp screen.

Please note payment is on delivery, cash, Sum Up or bank transfer in GBP.

I can't find the flavour I would like

I am continuously trying different flavours, and like a challenge, customers have requested Aperol Spritz sorbetto and Champagne sorbetto to mention just two bespoke orders I have recently made.

Does Gelato contain milk

All of our gelato flavours are milk-based and contain fresh Guernsey milk and a UHT pasteurised cream. Sorbetto flavours are water based.

Do you sell Vegan or Sugar Free options for Diabetics?

Yes, currently those flavours we sell are listed under the Vegan and Sugar Free section. Flavours include Black cherry, hazelnut, coffee, pistachio, stracciatella and simple milk. Please ask for further information.

What goes into the Fruit Flavoured Sorbetto

All of the pure fruit flavoured sorbetti are created using Italian fruit pulp, sugar and water and do not contain any dairy products as a result our Sorbetto range is Dairy Free.
